At SteerApps LLC we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of the Twiirly application and its services on all platforms (the "Product").

SteerApps LLC ("us" or "we") has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you will understand what information about you is collected, and how it is used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using Twiirly also will be collected. By using our Product you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post content, including profile photos, introduction about you, blog address, instagram account name and other materials ("User Content"), to the Product and to share User Content publicly. During a Twiirly session, Twiirly collects usage data about your communications that includes the time and date of the communication and usernames that are part of the communication.

Twiirly profile

To enable other people to find you on Twiirly depending on your profile settings, your Twiirly profile is included in the search directory. Your profile includes your username, avatar, and any other data you choose to add to your profile or display to others.


Push notifications (Remote and Local)

To let you know of upcoming Twiirly sessions, video/text chats and other messages, Twiirly use the notification service on your device and from by third party providers. SteerApps LLC is not responsible for the data collected by company providing the notification service (third party providers). If you don’t want to use the notification services for upcoming Twiirly sessions and messages, turn it off in the settings found in your device (iPhone).


Sharing or screen capturing of Twiirly sessions

Twiirly does not support or allow screen capture feature that allows you to capture and share your Twiirly session. You should understand your legal responsibilities before recording any communication. This includes whether you need to get consent from all parties to the communication in advance. SteerApps LLC is not responsible for how you use your recordings or the recording features.

Information we collect

Registration Information and Profiles. Twiirly will allow the end user to use your email address or a third party platform account to register in the Product and create an account. When you create an account, we may collect the personal information you provide to Twiirly, such as your name, username, password, email address, picture, or phone number and so on.We also collect the information from the third party account which can be used to identify you

Information you choose to post and/or to publicly display. You may post your photo, or other material on our Product and to publicly display and share them with others in/through our Product. These materials post by you would still under your control and you still choose whether you post, display or remove such materials.

Information you submit. The information you submit to communicate with us, for example, when you give us your opinions to our application and services via our feedback channel, such as your email address, and names and other information provided by you.

We may collect the information as set forth above and use them for recommend the other User Content or features or other user you may be interested.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of Twiirly, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of Twiirly, technical and security notices).

We will not disclose your information to any other third party which is not controlling or controlled or under common control of Twiirly. We also will not sell any your information to any third party.

Third party

In general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook log in information) through application interfaces. When you click on links of third parties in an Application like facebook,bloggers blog site, bloggers Instagram account, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party Website by us.

When you share your information

We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.


Twiirly is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

Sensitive Information

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.

International Users

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States where we have facilities, and by using an Application, the Services or the Site you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
